The Ethics Commission mandates that we provide our clients with strict confidentially. I no longer have to worry that a strong wind blew, just as the dumpster was being hoisted, sending confidential information airborne. We're very happy with TITAN’s service. I don't know if the couple things that I find useful are common but here they are.
First - Because we are in the Financial Services business, most of our paper work has information that is confidential. It is very nice to know that once we put it in the locked bins, we don't need to worry that confidential client information will get out. Our Compliance Officer is very happy with the arrangement.
Secondly - Prior to using Titan, we had many of the smaller shredders throughout the office. They were constantly getting jammed and would break. Titan's solution is much better.
