You load the box, secure it and ship it directly to our recycling partner making this program very secure and cost-effective. The components are documented and the hard drives are sanitized according to Department of Defense 5220.22-M Secure Erasure Standards. The entire process is documented on-line for your convenience! Unfortunately, this is not a free service, in order to properly recycle all components and keep them out of landfills, costs are incurred.  If you are a Routine Service or Purge Customer and you have up to four complete computers, we will pick them up with a mobile shred truck during your service. For five or more, we will pick them up separately or you can drop them off at our Pipersville, PA facility. If you have 20 or more complete computers or 30 monitors or CPU’s, we can have a TECHBOX shipped directly to you. The TECHBOX is a complete recycling solution in a box that serves as both a secure collection and shipping container for obsolete technology equipment. |
