Our Process

One of our specially equipped, secure shred trucks will arrive on-site for your scheduled service.

Our security screened, trained and insured Data Destruction Specialists will discreetly check in with your staff to confirm our appointment. Friendly and courteous service is always guaranteed.

Material is collected from our complementary locked containers for (Routine Service), boxes or file drawers. All labor to collect, shred and dispose of paper is included in your pricing. There is no need to remove staples, paper clips, manila folders or binders.

Step 4

We remove your sensitive papers under lock and key and proceed immediately to our mobile shredding center outside – never leaving your material unattended. Your records are now under our custody and ready for automated destruction.

Step 5

Once outside, our Document Destruction Specialist removes the lock and your materials are automatically fed into the shredder. For your compliance records, you are issued a Certificate of Destruction for each service. Our automated handling procedure ensures security for your peace of mind and total privacy. Our trucks are equipped with a security monitor so any client can witness the destruction process, if desired.

TITAN delivers the securely destroyed paper to our secure facility. We process the paper into large bales that are shipped directly to a paper mill for hydro pulping, removing all of the ink. Your shredded paper is then recycled into new paper products.
