Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic our staff at TITAN has been providing legal compliance to healthcare, banking, accounting, legal and other essential businesses through our secure information destruction and disposal services.
We thank our office and front-line staff for their hard work and commitment to our customers. PPE is now part of their standard uniform and along with sanitization protocols, will be in place for the foreseeable future.
As the restrictions on the majority of our business customers have been lifted, or will be in a few days, we wanted to provide a Service Update.
TITAN will resume the regular service schedule and frequency for all Routine Service customers starting Monday morning, June 8, 2020. If you made changes to your service schedule in March, April or May, your service will automatically resume in June. You do not need to contact our office to resume service.

For employees working from home, please remind them of the importance of document security. Employees can store sensitive materials while working at home and place the documents in your locked collection containers for destruction when then come into your office. Reminding employees of the importance of document security is critical to keeping your confidential information out of the wrong hands.
If needed, Seal N’ Shred bags are available. The shredable bags are available for purchase from TITAN and can be delivered to your office or mailed to your employee’s home. They bring the sealed bags of documents to your office for secure destruction on your next Routine Service visit. The cost of the bags includes shredding.
